PPS Insurance’s products are the best in the market, but their service in general is unsatisfactory. Their service consultants’ knowledge of the company and the products is shockingly poor, with a “do not care” attitude, to plain rudeness. But then you find a consultant like NICHOLAS GREEN-THOMPSON. He is professional, knows the products, and admits if he is not sure. He is a pleasure to work with and communicated with confidence - if only all the consultants at PPS could have his attitude and professionalism. Thank you Nicholas.
