PPS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL

PPS have the worst "professional" service I have ever seen. After updating my policy a year later it came to my attention that PPS have received all the signed documents but just forgot to load the policy o their system which left me uncovered for the past year. After taking it up with the broker the only response from PPS was "unfortunately with receival of the documents it was never loaded on the system"

PPS claims to be a company for professionals by professionals but this is the type of service to expect.
