PPS Endowment plan LIES AND DIFFERENT INFORMATION - MONEY NOT RECEIVED

Having a bad experience with PPS regarding my endowment plan that matured now on the 5th.. I made a withdrawal and my financial advisor Stephen Putlela advised that it will take 4 working days. After the endowment was processed I got an email saying it takes 8 working days for full withdrawal. Today Friday it's the 4th I called to check the progress I am being told that something usually runs on the 7th and only today it is the first day of my 8tg day. ***... I am beyond ****ed and would not recommend PPS as a long term investment. From getting different information to *********** call center agents and being rude!!!!!! I am not happy and I want my money😡😡😡😡😡if I am ever going to get it
