PPS- dramatically poor service.

Putrid customer service- I used their service for around 2 and a half years and every encounter with them was tedious and unnecessarily prolonged- including cancellation now. They are certainly not providing ease and quality services to professional clients who already have an extremely busy lifestyle. I have switched to Discovery and have had no issues thus far- I don’t have to call them every day to make sure they are doing their job.
