pps car insurance

Absolutely disgusting service from the insurance part of PPS. A simple smash and grab incident and its been 3 months and it has not been sorted out. There contractors are absolutely useless- Renew-it sandton as well. I cant understand how managers of this company and departments don't even know what is happening in their departments. No one has answers. I have called maybe 80 times in the last 3 months and emailed everyday. No one has the courtesy of following up or giving me some sort of feedback on my car, simple window fix with tint and seats that were damaged. Absolutely disgusted by this company. I am removing all my investments and insurances from them because they were so unhelpful and a waste of time!
