Poor service from PPS

I have received very poor service as a member of PPS. Recently I requested a cessation/suspension of my membership and contributions. I submitted the application for the cessation to Eric, the consultant appointed to me on 26 April with the understanding that the cessation would be effective from 1 May. I received zero feedback from Eric despite emails requesting this. Only on 16 May did Eric inform me that he would follow up with his assistant to confirm whether my application had been registered. He never got back to me after that and on 26 May PPS debited funds from my account. I sent Eric an email about this and he undertook to address it but days have gone by without a word from him yet again despite me sending him a follow up email requesting feedback. I trusted PPS with my money but it seems like it is a cold organization not interested in its customers circumstances at all.
