Poor communication

I write this review a dissapointment client. PPS payment systems and turn around times are extremely slow and appalling. The communication in the process is the worst. The call centre staff cannot even explain the delays. Worse they promise to come back to you only to be dissapointed. To date I am still waiting for two calls and have not heard from PPS despite numerous follow up calls. Greatly dissapointed!!!
