Perplexing service from PPS

Last year November I reached out to PPS, the purpose was to update my existing policy. They noticed that I didn't have a broker and after weeks of back and forth they assigned me a broker. This broker and I had some calls, filled out some form for new underwriting which he was supposed to send to me.

That was early January.

He was supposed to send some forms back to me for completion to get the ball rolling.

Then nothing happened and on the 14th of February I send a reminder email, asking what happened. He said he roped in his manager and will get back to me before the end of that week.

Yeah, right. As if that happened.

One month later, a query going around for almost 4 months and pathetic and unhelpful service with no resolution.

And this is Professionals for Professionals.

Terrible.
