Pathetic service

PPS short term insurance service is really bad. I followed up on a claim I have submitted months ago today. The assessor was already here and the service provider to present them with an assessment. The consultant today informed me that she will come back to me within minutes as she has to look into the file whilst those dealing with this was on lunch. They never came back to me. Surely those that dealt with this claim could have came back and informed if the status. It was not the first time I had such bad service of them.
