OTP not received... AGAIN ! Twice this year !

WHY IS THIS HAPPENING SO OFTEN ? ESCALATE to Directors else I'm not referring graduates.

It happened a few months ago and my phone was blamed BUT I receive other otp. I did get one a few weeks ago so logged in. I can send screenshot of my portfolio.

I'm a Professional, degreed IT Consultant so maybe I should be hired to sort this mess out
