Non-Responsiveness of PPS

I have been sending emails to Client services regarding a payment for the month of October 2023 that was reversed to PPS because I closed my Old Bank Details. I am getting no responses. Someone had called me in November promising to make payment to the new Bank Account, but that has not happened. No one is bothering to respond to my emails.

The service is pathetic
