No integrity and dignity.

This company truly lacks integrity. Having a terrible year because of PPS. We were bumped and the other driver, whose fault it was, is insured by PPS. Firstly they took so many months for the claim etc and now they refusing to pay us saying it is not their clients fault. Police report even says its their clients fault. I cannot believe all that is happening. It makes me wander why do people have insurance if they do not want to pay. Very disappointed to think such a big company can try to get away with such things.
