NO EMERGENCY ASSIST AFTER HOURS !!!!

I have PPS Short Term insurance. My car had a problem at 7 am today. I tried calling on the PPS emergency assist number from my policy of ***. I was informed that I have reached PPS outside of business hours and that they open from * am - 5 pm.

I tried calling the PPS landline number of ***, *** (no for my broker)***, I was still given the same out of business hours message.

This is false advertising by PPS. On my policy, the *** number is listed for emergency assist.

I want to cancel this policy, but when I call the broker it goes to the call centre of which the call cuts.

Disgusting service. What if I had a road side emergency outside my home at night? well I would be ******, ****d and ******ed but I sure as hell would not get through to PPS emergency assist.
