Ms Thabita Modiba helped me today and she was superb

Ms Thabita Modiba helped me today and she was superb. She was thorough in the questions she asked and in checking that the answers that she provided resolved my problem. When she saw that there was an issue, she addressed it proactively and engaged colleagues to help. They were also very quick in replying. Ms Modiba then followed up later with a phone call to me to check that I had received the help that I needed. She also provided additional information that may have helped my situation, without me having to ask. I am very impressed with her service - she is an excellent representative of PPS!
