I would like to write a review about PPS agent Kerry Cass I called to ask about PPS sick benefits. Her service was professional, prompt, and went the extra mile in terms of advising me NOT to terminate my sick benefit before 60, in order to avoid penalties. I wish all insurance companies would be as pleasant to deal with... Regards, Mike Naidoo
