I have dealt with 2 ladies from the claims call centre Kerry Cass and Martha Chambale and they have gone above an beyond in assisting me with the queries that i needed answers to. Its often easy to complain about the ********** service that most companies give us and the ones that do actually not just do whats expected but more than expected deserves to be acknowledged. To Kerry and Martha, i hope your management teams sees this and utilises your skills in upskilling the rest of the team on how to provide efficient service especially to a difficult individual like myself.
