Graduates, avoid PPS.

I have been a member of PPS since 1992 , when I qualified as a doctor. Now, that I am nearing retirement and having to reduce and stop some benefits, the trouble has started. Their member services and cancellations department is pathetic to say the least. They are unhelpful, and each email and form submitted is answered by someone else. I told them this morning that I will warn newly graduated individuals against starting a relationship with PPS, if I my concerns are not addressed and my query and quote is not corrected today. No reply from them. This is what they feel for members who have contributed over 34 years towards this company. Stay clear and insure yourself somewhere else.
