Good work ethics

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Neeven Dawjee Dulob, Customer Experience Specialist at PPS Insurance. Mr Neeven Dulob who is a Customer Experience Specialist at PPS Insurance came to my rescue and wrote an e-mail to the Finance Manager (***) at THRUPPS RETAIL explaining to them that I have mistakenly deposited my missed premium (R1,789.38) with THRUPPS RETAIL instead of PPS Insurance and requested a refund on my behalf. Although I have not received any feedback from THRUPPS RETAIL, I still would like to express my gratitude for his patience and the efforts that he took in trying to resolve my matter.
