EXTREMELY POOR AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE
UNPROFESSIONAL PROVIDENT SOCIETY
For 4 months I keep querying the same issue with the call center agents. I keep getting reference numbers for which I never receive any answers. The issue as yet has not been resolved. So far, I have not received any "professional" answer from this organization. The service is extremely disappointing and pure.
