Extremely dissapointed with PPS handling of critical illness claims

I took out my policy with PPS because of the reputation I believed the company had and its commitment to serving professionals. As a professional myself, I expected a level of fairness and efficiency, but my experience has been deeply disappointing.

My claim for Critical Illness Cover for Rheumatoid Arthritis was unfairly declined despite extensive medical evidence from multiple specialists, including detailed reports. I comp**** with every request for additional documentation, yet the process was riddled with delays and demands for evidence.

Despite this, the claim was ultimately denied on technical grounds, disregarding clear evidence of my condition. The entire process caused significant stress and left me feeling unsupported by a company I trusted during a difficult time.

I have disputed it, but I know these insurance companies tries everything in their power to decline valid claims, despite having the evidence. I cannot recommend PPS to anyone and would advise against relying on them for critical illness support. I am extremely disillusioned by their lack of compassion and inefficiency.
