Excess not recovered almost 1 year later

<p>I had an accident last year (2015) around July where someone knocked me. The other party admitted fault and I had to pay an excess for my car to be fixed. All went well until it was time to recover my excess. I have not received my excess since I claimed last year July. I was once even told that it could even take 3years. I am really not happy about the kind of service I am getting. If I dont call to follow up no one gives me an update. I have not received any update in the last months and I have not changed my contact details. At this rate I am even tinking of switching insurance because I do not expect this kind of service from an insurance that is meant to be dealing with professionals. </p>
