DISHONEST INSURER

PPS Short-Term Insurance and its Claims Handler Brolink are only in it for the profits and not for indemnity. When my car was involved in a collision they appointed a repairer (Italian Panelbeaters) who is not authorised by the manufacturer and they approved the use of second hand parts in the repairs of my car, including a bent axle. When I raised the queries as the car was pulling to the right and uncontrollably wandering, they refused to pay for remedial work. When I requested copies of purchase invoices for the parts used in my car, they refused to provide them. This after recovering the full cost from the liable party, relying on the evidence I gave to them to prove the liable party's fault. Insurance or ****?
