Dishonest, ********* and completely missing service.

Quite honestly the worst service I have ever received dealing with Short term insurance. The assessment procedure took over three weeks. The option to elect my chosen panel beater was looked over, I requested such to be told my vehicle would go to a panel beater for inspection, only to realise when it was too late that the repairer had been authorised without my knowledge or consent, said repairer is not qualified to repair the vehicle in question. On querying what measures would be taken to ensure that no suspension had been damaged I was told an alignment would be performed. Said alignment shows issues, the assessor gave the suspension the green light despite never seeing the alignment report. I quite frankly have lost in the entire PPS group based on this and previous experiences and will be cancelling every policy with the group. Heaven forbid I or my loved ones have to experience this level of carelessness in the event of a major medical or life claim. I'm know stuck between forfeiting my profit share with heavy penalties or enduring this complete lack of service for another 16 years. Its a trap.
