Degraded customer service and unexpected response
Big name but doesn't cares about customers. have been trying to contact for life cover and vehicle cover and even after multiple attempts, they didn't bothered to contact and assist. Spoke to their customer service who took mu details and again no one contacted. Sad to see such companies publicising their service
