Baffling non-service from PPS

My dealings with PPS lately have been terrible. Apart from them not coming back to me on an application for increased benefits, they said they would assign a new broker to me for assistance to which they would.

I'm at a point right now where I feel they are not acting in my best interest anymore and I will look for greener pastures.
