Bad Service
Contacted PPS for a RA Quote. Was assisted by Hlami Hlongwane. I sent an email for a revised quote on my preferences and with queries on Monday evening expecting a response by the next business day. Wednesday midday I sent another email to advise I have not received any feedback. I was told by Hlami in essense that she is busy and she attends to her emails on Thursday. I responded that an acknowledgment of receipt would have at least been professional rather than me not receiving any feedback over 3 working days. By Friday midday I still never heard from her. Well PPS definitely did not make me feel significant as a new possible client and Hlami’s work ethics appears to be lacking and more interested on her more “valued” clients. Received awesome service from ALLEN GRAY and ABSA. As a young professional I have been deterred from doing business with PPS.
