A lack of service

<p>Access to a pool of assets owned by JSE Top40 directors were brought to your company through a meeting with Rob Maclaurie.</p> <p>Assets are in excess of R300m.</p> <p>I would like the reason for the lack of a response to be communicated directly to these clients.</p> <p>They are not impressed with Robin's service rendering through him not providing a simple email with your needs for a client onboarding.</p> <p>Followup emails were sent to him.</p> <p>Please provide me with a contact for your business development team.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is more likely then not that ABSA Wealth or Old Mutual Wealth will see these client assets which are exiting MetCi.</p>
