2 month delay in claim settlement

My car was written off on 2 Feb 2016. I am still waiting for payment of the settlement amount. PPS is underwritten by Santam and I have sent all the necessary paperwork. 2 months later I still haven't been paid. I have car hire with my policy but PPS cancelled it after 30 days leaving me without transport and without a settlement so that I can pay a deposit on a new vehicle for myself and my family. Was on the phone for half an hour this morning with both PPS and Santam and noone can tell me why the delay. On top of this I am still being charged the insurance premium on the vehicle and the bank is still debiting on the car loan.
