PPN - worst customer service in the world!

The absolute worst customer care and self-service I have EVER experienced! My medical aid couldn't get info from them so I called myself...dialed 3 different numbers and each time land up with a socalled self-service where they tell you you need ID, Medical aid nr, and date of brith - what they exclude is that they then need a practice number as well! Once you get that they then tell you you should actually go to the Optimum website - which you can't log into unless you have a profile set up. So all in all, it took a call to my Optometrist who had login details and she could check for me... PPN is absolutely useless for customers I dont see the point of them even having a phone number or website.
