PPN not a trustworthy company

They don't even deserve 1 star. They a bunch of ******. I've paid for my child's glasses in full, PPN registered a claim to my Medical Aid for the already paid amount and the money was paid to them on the 30/3/2021. I did not asked them to claim any money back from my Medical Aid nor did my optometrist. They kept quite and if I did not notice that I have no savings left and investigated the matter I would not have known. For 30 days kept quite and when I asked them they have 10 different stories, I need to send my bank statements etc. They have proof of payment, they do have my bank details why do they need my bank statements? They want to delay the process to keep the money. Bonitas you should not use Companies like this, I will rather change my medical aid than to deal with these ****** again.
