***** on my medical aid

I am angry as I am writing this review.My daughter just started school and has an eye problem. So me and my husband decided we should see an optometrist as a family and all get glasses. When we get to an optometrist they tell us that my husband and daughter don't qualify as they already took glasses in 2019 so they must come back 2021. We were all shocked because they never took glasses and don't even own a pair..This was their first time. I'm the only one who qualified as I took glasses in 2017 and now it's 2020. We called our medical aid and they confirmed that a CLAIM was processed but we knew nothing about it. They gave us the the 2 practice numbers of doctors who claimed. It was I-care practice *** and AP ngobeni practice ***. My husband personally went there and the practice numbers didn't exist. We called PPN because they were the service providers of these optometrists. They said we should wait for 3 weeks as they investigate. This is pure ***** done on our medical aid. Why is PPN allowing ********** activities. My daughter needs glasses ASAP and I must wait while they investigate. Clearly PPN is working with ********** claim from people's medical aids. It shows my daughter took specticals for R2275 and my husband R3345. I want my money back
