a Circus rather than a Company

Well The 1 star rating on Hello Peter does not surprise me what so ever. I went to Spec savers to get my eye test done. PPN's benefits confirmation on their website for providers was not working, (we tried for nearly 2 hours to call PPN themselves - both me and the provider) No luck... After I already passed my lunch hour, and missed a meeting, we still were unable to confirm anything with PPN, not even their live chat worked. I had to leave, without getting my eye test done or new glasses.. This company is a complete joke!
