Horrible service is an understatement. Living in building managed by ppm Port Elizabeth is extremely fustrating. We have a building with notices of do's and don'ts yet these are not managed. Complaints are not addressed when posed on people on friendly terms with the board. So so sad that such a well positioned building is managed by PPM. Think carefully before engaging with this property group don't let desperation get the better of you. We live with **** operating tatoo palours from one unit and selling drugs yet it's all good as the **** stay with the former chairman of the board.
