I am staying 2(two) years in my property that I bought in Port Elizabeth. for the time I am staying here we had at least three levies increments and no but no maintenance done in this complex. the roof of the building is falling off and the walls has big cracks on it. We has basically beg them even for the grass cutting to be done. If I know then what I know now, I would never bought a property under their administration.
