Extremely poor service delivery, unreliable app access, and unexplained billing charges

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by PPM Portal and the overall system experience. If there was a zero-star rating available, I would honestly give that instead. The app is highly unreliable and extremely frustrating to use. I am constantly being logged out of the system, and on multiple occasions when I try to log back in using the correct credentials, the system rejects them as “incorrect” even though I have entered the correct details. This has resulted in repeated access issues and unnecessary stress. In addition, I am required to send emails every few days just to regain access or resolve basic login problems, which is completely unacceptable for a utility-related service platform. The claim that support is available 24/7 is not accurate based on my experience. During urgent and emergency situations where I required assistance, I attempted to contact them via phone and email and received no meaningful support. I was left to repeatedly follow up myself, wasting both my time and energy trying to resolve issues that should have been handled efficiently by their support team. The service delivery is poor and disappointing, particularly considering that this is a platform used for essential utilities such as electricity and water management. The system feels outdated, unstable, and not user-friendly. Another major concern is the lack of transparency regarding charges. There are unexplained and unclear costs that are not properly broken down or justified, making it difficult to understand what I am actually being billed for. This raises serious concerns about billing clarity and accountability. Overall, the experience has been extremely frustrating, unreliable, and unprofessional. I would not recommend this platform based on my experience.
