Very bad. Shumi has got a Guesthous/ rental place, well we still don't know what it is. When you rent you pay deposit, then when you move out she tells you it is a Guesthous and will not pay your deposit back. She tells you she uses a agent but when you sign she tells you to not use the agent because she doesn't want you to pay agent cost, then she tells you when you ask for your deposit you have to call the agent.
