<p>Over the past few months I have had some problems with my electricity meter and buying online electricity. Not the fault of PP24Seven, but completely my own because I mislay the meter number. Each time I have contacted the LiveChat I have been assisted by Claudia. I don't know if the lady works 24/7, but I have been fortunate enough each time to be assisted by her. She is friendly and patient. I just wanted to say thank you to Claudia for your help each time!</p>
