refund of placement fee

I am currently having one of the worse experiences with the agency POWT, they have been promising to refund a placement fee for the last 2months.

I have been dealing with dean who is the head of Powt and Leslie who was assisting me.

I advise all parents or possible applicants STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY, they will use you and make money from you and when you need something back from them they will not assist you.

Do your research first and check all available sites with information on it because handing over any money.
