Ordered a POWKIDDY RGB20S on 10 Nov 2022 - Item never arrived - Today is 13 Jan 2023 and I am still trying to get a refund from them. My order number is order5554ok.

They will just keep emailing you screen shots of the fact that they have sent the item to you but it will never actually arrive.
