Useless online electricity provider

I last used their service in 2015 because it barely worked and was a constant frustration. This morning I was in the dwang and needing to buy electricity online ASAP and I couldn't get anything right. My attempts to purchase with my existing registered meter all failed, then a small chat window pops up on the bottom right and I speak to someone who tells me that I need to remove the registered meter and re-add. Well, I tried that and it just failed continuously (the meter number was 11 digits long and 100% correct). Promptly at 1pm the chat window disappears and I can't do anything.

Thanks for wasting my time, I had to get in my car and drive into town to purchase at the Pick n Pay. Will never use their service again.
