<p>Could not purchase prepaid electricity as a result of PEC Meters changing to a different service provider.</p> <p>Nicholas kept me in the loop continously, and whenever he thought the problem had been resolved I was asked to recheck. Finally worked and I was able to buy electricity. Thank you for your perseverance. </p>
