After absolute losses, still honors comitment

After purchasing an exhaust for my motorcycle, endcap continuously burned. Each time, they replaced the entire canister. Replaced it 4 times, even went as far as to give me a carbon fibre end cap. Seems my bike is odd as this is the only vehicle that even burned the carbon fibre piece. In an effort to give resoltion to this ordeal, has replaced the entire canister once more with another, far more expensive make which he is certain can never burn, at little cost to me. After many months of back and forth, I am confident the ordeal is over. Happy customer, job well done.
