Powersport Motor bike dealer

I have bought a CRF 450 Fuel injection Honda motorbike according to the consumer act the place your bought it from must fix all related problems but they never fix the bike and I have this bike that I am paying 3 months and only were in my posession 3 weeks but in for repairs the rest of the time. This unacceptable and I feel this company should be taken to task and closed down or replace my bike or take the bike back and refund the bank and my deposit
