Bad Product Support
I purchased a Powerdock ( Pop-up Electrical 220V plug unit for kitchen counter top) online from Power Logic and it was looking and operating fine for a year and odd month then it stopped to "pop-up" on inspection was found the it operates with a gaslift power shock/strut that lost its pressure of which Power Logic don't keep stock, nada, never. This unit cost R2 800 odd Rand and I just feel that this is unacceptable. Am I going to have to buy a new one every year?? At this stage I feel that I have to warn fellow shoppers don't buy this product, you'll end up buying one every year. I very unhappy about the after sales supprt to just get the message "You can buy another one" here's the price and the website" this don'tgo well with me. There's no substitute for this shock in the market because of the outer diameter is 15mm all available is 20mm which don't fit. The Newton rating is also not even available as Power Logic don't now themselves It's SERIAL no. PD330626SQ-MK2 TYPE: MK2 3050 SERIES 5300 Regards Willie
