I had a accident with my car and the towing company offered to give me a few thousand for my car as it was a write off, after hading in the cars original documentation, as well as key and spare key, I had to sign a document saying I had just sold the car to them, I have since called the owner Johnny 3 times and he kept delaying it was first the 3rd he would do a EFT then the 4th then the 7th, so this morning the 8th I sent a whatsapp to Johnny the owner asking what should I do and when can I receive my money?
