Powerflow exhaust run by Powerless people

On the 7th I took my vehicle to powerflow exhausts midrand to fit a performance exhaust. After a while I noticed only one of the pipes showed signs of fumes coming through and took it back for them to fix on the 11th of August. Whilst there they advised that they could also service my vehicle. I booked this in for the service providing the parts needed as they quoted on labour only and for them to fix the exhaust as well. I took the vehicle through early on the 19 of August 2020. During the course of the day, I was advised that my tappet cover/valve cover was leaking which is a pre existing problem from the dealer purchased and is a problem on its own. They were advised not to fix this but carry on with the rest of the work. I was advised at 15:30 that same day that the car would be ready at 4pm. I went through to fetch my vehicle, as I got in to drive off, the service light was still fully lit up on my dash. I then told Desigan and he came through and a long time after fiddling with everything including a diagnostics machine and flipping through the on board computer/settings, the light remained and it was evident he was clueless and had no idea what he was doing. It then looked like he gave up and made up an excuse that it was the brake pad sensor that was bringing up the light constantly which is very far from what it is as the brakes have a far long way go before replacement. I then left and the exhaust seemed to have been burning through both pipes. I also need to point out that I received my car back in a very dirty condition, normally a service includes a wash ? Upon arrival at powerflow my car was not there and arrived being driven by one of the employees for absolutely no reason. The car needed to be serviced not joy ridden by employees.

I then left unhappy after paying for the work needed to be carried out.

On the 21st of August 2020, while driving home from work, I decided to open the bonnet jus to make sure things were right under there and to my surprise, the engine cover was not fixed into place as it should be and was bouncing around loose in the engine bay.

Powerflow conduct themselves in a highly unprofessional manner. Unnecessary smug behaviour and the quality of the work of all segments is pathetic. A minor oil service is something that is easily done. This seemed to prove a difficult task for a apparent professional company which actually need to be exposed for the terrible service. (Which by the way isn't free, I paid for this low quality work )
