Lousy service and quality in Tokai

<p>I paid a total of R 11350 for a new exhaust system on my Jeep. After the system had been fitted I found that four new silencers had been fitted but the old pipes between the silencers had been re-used. When I phoned to query this the manager at first told me that new stainless steel had been fitted. He then asked me to bring it in and he would show me. When I took it in he changed his mind then said that I had asked for the old pipes to be left in???? when I said this was a lie he said that leaving the old pipes in was a Powerflow industry standard.</p>
