Horrible service

I sent my car on the 3rd October 2019 to them for a water leak, replace timing chain kit, oil and sump washer. It took them 4 days to do the work and the car came back with a bad oil leak. I sent it back and it took another 5 days still with a leak and a missing sparewheel. Then on 02 December sent it back to have the leak fixed and to date no car and it's not even in their premises. Been tracking the car all over Stanger KwaDukuza around Pheonix and I asked about my car they telling me all sorts of stories but no car.
