Car returned & good tyres being swap with bad ones

My car was sent to Powerflow in North Coast Rd to remove the catalytic converter. My car was returned with the front two tyres having been swap with different size from the ones I had and with hardly any threads. The car also has a wheel alignment alarm which my mechanic can verify was not there when my car was handed in. The steering is way off center as well. <br> <br> On Saturday I went to Powerflow and spoke to Peter. He was very arrogant and all he said was \NEVER".
