Bad Service

<div>On the 29th of April I communicated telephonically**** that I want to send my V-Max motorcycle for repairs.&nbsp; I explained that I have a spare enjine, they need to change the gearbox for me.&nbsp; She gave me a telephonic price of R1200 which I now doubt is the correct amount only because of the pathetic service.&nbsp; On the 3rd of May the collection was arranged and an e-mail was send to**** for Jason's attention.&nbsp; In that e-mail I asked Jason to exchange the gearbox for me and that I need the enjine back, he should check&nbsp; and replace the back breaks, the oil leak by the side stand should be repaired, and he should check the clutch because when you drive and let go of the clutch, the bike goes dead.&nbsp; I also asked them to contact me should they find any other problems, I provided my phone number on e-mail.&nbsp; After several attemts,**** confirmed she did receive the e-mail.&nbsp; I battled to get feedback and 2 weeks later Jason advised I can collect the bike.&nbsp; I am from Polokwane and trusted I will get service in the city, I had to drive all the way from there only to find none of the problems was attended to (accept for the clutch and a puncture was repaired), I had to pay R2500 for this.&nbsp; I returned the bike to Jason on the same day, 20/05.&nbsp; He then said he didn't know about the problems that needed to be fixed.&nbsp; I explained this to him and send another mail on 22/05 explaining the same thing.&nbsp; Jason also said he didn't have my telephone number and it was provided in the first mail.&nbsp; It is now 4 weeks later.&nbsp; Jason always say he will phone me to give feedback but I have to phone him every week for feedback.&nbsp; Last week he told me he drove with the bike, everything seems to be in order, he now just needs to put the bike back together.&nbsp; So how do you drive with a bike if it is not put back together.&nbsp; My bike is in for repairs 6 weeks now and I'm concerned when I drive all the way to collect the bike that there will still be issues.&nbsp; What am I paying for?&nbsp; What happened to customer service?&nbsp; I would never recommend Bike Accessories to anyone.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div>
